CHOW MEIN NOODLE COOKIES (Mom's recipe) 8 oz. chocolate chips 8 oz. butterscotch chips 1 can (4 oz./113 g.) chow mein noodles 1 cup peanuts 1 to 2 cups miniature marshmallows Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips over low heat. Stir in chow mein noodles, peanuts and marshmallows. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheets. Cool.
