LEMON SQUARES Crust: 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/4 cup icing sugar 1 cup flour Cream butter and sugar. Blend in flour and pat into 8" square pan. Bake 10 minutes at 375F. Topping: 3 eggs, beaten 1 cup sugar 4 tbsp. lemon juice Mix above ingredients well and spread on crust. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375F. Sift icing sugar over top when baked.
