PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 1 cup butter or margarine, softened 1 cup brown sugar, packed 1 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 1 cup smooth peanut butter 3 cups all purpose flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt Cream butter and both sugars together. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in peanut butter. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Shape into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets, allowing room for expansion. Press with fork. Dip fork in flour as needed to prevent batter stickiness. Bake in 325F oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 6 dozen.
