SHRIMP DIP 8 oz. (250 g.) cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 tsp. chili sauce 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. dill weed 1/16 tsp. garlic powder 4 oz. (113 g.) small or broken shrimp, rinsed and drained Mash cream cheese with mayonnaise and chili sauce. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, dill and garlic. Mix well. Add shrimp. Continue to mash and mix together until of dipping consistency. Makes 2 cups (500 ml).
