TURKEY PARMESAN 2 pounds turkey cutlets 3 eggs, beaten Mix together: 1 1/2 cups seasoned Corn Flake crumbs 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese Dip cutlets in egg, then the crumb mixture. Cook in frying pan until brown. Sprinkle with more mozzarella. Place in casserole dish with small amount of water. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
