WAFFLES 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 2 tbsp. granulated sugar 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 cups milk 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine Put flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl. Stir very well. Make a well in center. Beat eggs until frothy in separate bowl. Stir in milk and butter. Pour into well. Beat only until smooth. Fill hot waffle iron according to its instructions. Bake until it stops steaming. Serve immediately with butter and syrup. Serves 3 to 4 people.
